About Us
Danzone Mission Statement
While putting God first our focus at the Danzone Dance Company is the joy of dance. From ages 3 to adult we look forward to seeing our students blossom into strong, flexible, confident people with a passion for dance. With ballet as the foundation and technique our best tool, we have trained dancers that obtained scholarships to the Joffrey, Hartt School of Dance and Dance Theatre of Harlem intensives as well as having our competition teams eligible for Nationals in various cities around the US. Our highly qualified staff is always pushing the envelope to give our students their best.

2025/2026 Information
The Fall 2025 semester consists of 10 weeks of classes, a two-week fall break, an additional 9 weeks of classes, and Holiday Show week as follows:
- Classes - July 14th through September 21st
- Fall break - September 22nd through October 5th
- Classes - October 6th through December 7th
- Recital Week - December 8th through December 13th
- Winter break - December 14th through January 4th
Fall Semester Holiday Show Week:
- Monday, December 8th: in-studio rehearsals as needed
- Tuesday, December 9th: in-studio rehearsals as needed
- Wednesday, December 10th: Tech Rehearsal: VTOTA
- Thursday, December 11th Tech Rehearsal: VTOTA
- Friday , December 12th: Dress Rehearsal: VTOTA
- Saturday, December 13th: SHOWTIME: VTOTA
Specific details and times for rehearsals and the recital will be announced closer to Holiday Show week.
The Spring 2026 semester consists of 9 weeks of classes, a two-week spring break, an additional 10 weeks of classes and recital week as follows:
- Classes - January 5th through Sunday, March 8th
- Spring break - March 9th through March 22nd
- Classes- March 23rd through May 31st
- Picture Day- Saturday, May 30th
- Recital Week- June 1st through June 6th
Spring Semester Recital Week:
- Monday, June 1st: in-studio rehearsals as needed
- Tuesday, June 2nd: Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop Showcase Tech Rehearsal: VTOTA
- Wednesday, June 3rd: Ballet/Competition Company Tech & Dress Rehearsals: VTOTA
- Thursday, June 4th: Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop Showcase Dress Rehearsal: VTOTA
- Friday , June 5th: Ballet/Competition Showcase Show Day: VTOTA
- Saturday, June 6th: Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop Showcase Show Day: VTOTA
